Property Administrator / Junior Property Manager

London - Full-Time

As a Property Administrator/ Junior Property Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of assisting the Operations Team at London City Centre. Your superior communication and organizational skills mean that you are able to respond to tenant inquiries, you exude professionalism and your customer service skills are second to none. You will also assist the Senior Property Manager with regular reporting, budgeting, tenant correspondence and general administration.

Junior / Intermediate Building Operator

Toronto - Full-Time

Reporting to the Property Manager and Operations Supervisor, the Junior Building Operator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the assigned building in Toronto, approximately 375,000 square feet. Duties include, but may not be limited to, checking, maintaining and repairing building systems, preforming preventative maintenance, promptly and courteously responding to tenant work orders, participating in the on-call rotation, and ensuring the successful operations of the building.

Building Operator

Kitchener-Waterloo - Full-Time

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Building Operator is responsible for the day to day operations of the assigned building. Duties include, but may not be limited to, checking, maintaining and repairing building systems, preforming preventative maintenance, promptly and courteously responding to tenant work orders and participating in the on-call rotation. As a representative of the company, the Building Operator's actions and conduct will at all times promote the company values and may be required to assist at other properties on an as needed basis.
