Josef Jakubovic
Co-Founder
Josef has the property industry in his blood. Stemming from a family with generational involvement in the industry and driven by passion and a desire to create, Josef is devoted to his family, his business and his community. He takes great pride in ensuring that all these components of his life develop and succeed. When time allows, Josef takes to the road, invigorated by his love for cycling. Combining his international experience and 18 years in the industry, Josef ensures that Europro has the personal touch of a family-run company. His influence drives the transparent, detailed-oriented business approach on which the company thrives.
Moshe Faust
Co-Founder
The devotion Moshe shows to his business is representative of how driven and energized he is in all facets of his life. A proud father and a self-educated man, Moshe has in-depth knowledge and experience in property management, leasing, legal, investment and acquisition practices. As an active member of local community-based organizations, Moshe understands the importance of community and service, embracing life with enthusiasm and initiative. His influence on Europro has created an energetic and versatile company that has attracted a dynamic and close-knit staff.

Lindsey Blake
Operations Manager, Windsor
Lindsey has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 17 years, accumulating extensive educational and professional experience. With a diploma in accounting, Lindsey has developed a strong background in finance and budgeting. Lindsey also obtained certifications from the NWT School of Community Government in Contracts, Tenders and Proposals, as well as Risk Management and Plan, Build & Maintain certificates. Showcasing a versatile skillset in building development, tenant construction, environmental policies, and building maintenance, Linsey has demonstrated outstanding reliability and efficiency when completing daily tasks.
Kelsey Bowen
Associate, Leasing and Investments
Kelsey completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at Brock University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in Germany. Kelsey has been with Europro since 2021, starting as the Lease Administrator and later progressing into her current position as Analyst. With a motivated approach to work and a can-do attitude, Kelsey demonstrates her passion for real estate daily. Kelsey is heavily involved in all aspects of the leasing process and helping manage the parking operations at our properties across Ontario. When not at work, you can find Kelsey hanging out with her dog at the cottage with friends and family, at a spin class or reading the latest thriller and mystery novels.

Since joining Lambton Mall in 2020, Emily has built strong relationships with our tenants and community groups, consistently showcasing her eagerness to support both our tenants and leasing teams. Transitioning from Guest Services Supervisor to Property Administrator, Emily has always demonstrated outstanding customer service. She has become an invaluable resource to the admin team, particularly in lease management and providing quick information. Emily's exemplary work ethic continues to inspire and positively impact her colleagues.
Stacey Bryant
Senior Property Manager
Stacey Bryant is a seasoned Senior Property Manager with extensive experience in commercial real estate, including office and retail management. She holds a B.Sc. in Business Operations, the ICSC Certified Shopping Centre Manager (CSM) designation, and has completed various BOMI courses. Stacey excels in building strong tenant relationships, managing priorities, and implementing cost-effective solutions. Her expertise spans new construction, repurposed buildings, major renovations, enclosed malls, unenclosed centres, and office buildings. Outside of work, Stacey enjoys family time, hiking, shopping, and reading.
Veronica Chouinard
Property Manager, Barrie
Hailing from the East Coast of Canada, Veronica brings administrative expertise and a bright personality to her position as Property Manager for Europro’s Barrie office. Endowed with an International Association for Administrative Professionals Award, Veronica embodies professionalism and sound organizational skills. With a decade of experience in the industry, she believes in treating everyone fairly and keeping open lines of communication with her tenants. When not hard at work, she loves to spend time with her family. Veronica appreciates the career growth that Europro affords her and is thankful to have such a wonderful team by her side.
Shannon Dunn
Property Administrator, Windsor
Shannon demonstrates a solution-driven and meticulous approach to her work, handling a variety of administrative duties with precision and care as the Property Administrator for our Windsor properties. As the first point of contact in the office for customers, suppliers, and retail partners, Shannon ensures that interactions are seamless and efficient. Her commitment to exceptional customer service is second-to-none, and she takes pride in making everyone around her feel valued and happy. Shannon's dedication and positive attitude make her a key asset to our Windsor portfolio, where she continues to contribute to a welcoming and productive environment.
Akiva Goldberg
Director of Finance
Akiva has been in the real estate industry for over a decade, and part of the Europro team since 2018. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from Ted Rogers School of Management and is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified General Accountant. His commitment to excellence is exhibited through his keen eye for detail as he leads Europro’s accounting team. A family man, Akiva loves travelling to the ski slopes across the country and enjoying good food with his family.
Tom Hearn
Construction Manager
Tom attended the University of Guelph for Housing & Real Estate Management and Conestoga College for Construction Engineering Technology. Supplementing his education accolades, Tom brings over 15 years of construction management experience and 20 years of property management experience to Europro. With extensive knowledge in commercial and residential construction, Tom oversees our in-house construction team and helps manage external contractors to complete projects ranging from small building repairs to large office build-outs. Tom showcases a detail-oriented approach and exceptional problem-solving skills to plan and execute construction projects through our million square foot commercial real estate portfolio. Outside of work, Tom spends his spare time completing home renovations, making maple syrup, hiking and bowling.
Crystal Heenan
Director of Property & Leasing, Kitchener-Waterloo
As Leasing Director, Crystal Heenan is the first friendly face Europro’s Kitchener tenants see when searching for space in the tri-city area. With a decade in the industry under her belt, her reputation for transparency and kindness complements Europro’s genuine commitment to their clientele. As a strategist schooled in business, Crystal enjoys the company’s flexibility and creativity in finding solutions for their tenants’ needs. When not hard at work, Crystal relaxes with her family and friends, and spends time exploring the great outdoors. Her service-oriented skill-set makes her a cornerstone to finding and developing new relationships and fostering opportunities for Europro’s community of tenants.
Alexandra Kohut
General Manager, Lambton Mall
With over 12 years of industry experience, Alexandra started her career as Marketing and Specialty Leasing Coordinator at Lambton Mall in 2008. Since then, Alexandra has played an integral role in driving and growing the marketing programs at Lambton Mall, including hosting numerous successful shopping and community events, guest service experiences, and enhancing the gift card program. As General Manager, Alexandra showcases a strong interest in connecting with people and understanding their needs and challenges. She excels working with tenants and building relationships within the Sarnia community, taking great pride in ensuring that each customer’s visit and experience is exceptional at every touchpoint.
Sukeesan Krishnabagavan
Senior Lease Coordinator
Sukeesan majored in Legal Studies at the University of Waterloo and obtained his Paralegal Diploma from Sheridan College. Currently a Licensed Paralegal, Sukeesan brings over 6 years of experience to his role as Senior Lease Coordinator, working out of Europro’s head office. Possessing in-depth knowledge of drafting legal documents and conducting legal research, Sukeesan excels at navigating and understanding legislation. Sukeesan uses his calm and logical approach to work as part of Europro's leasing team. Outside of work, Sukeesan enjoys spending time with friends and family and is an avid basketball fan, playing regularly and supporting the Raptors.
Nic Mejia
Marketing Communications Manager
An experienced marketing professional and graphic designer, Nic has led and executed marketing strategies for Provincial Sport Organizations before joining Europro. Nic obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from York University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Marketing Management from Sheridan College, while playing on their varsity soccer teams. Through analytical thinking and a team-oriented attitude, Nic takes a creative approach to depict Europro’s brand in digital and traditional platforms. Outside of work, you can find Nic at the soccer field, catching the latest movies or at stand-up comedy or music shows.
Jesse Nathanson
Vice President, Asset Management & Investments
As part of the management team, Jesse comes with extensive experience in real estate investments and asset management. Since graduating from Yeshiva University in New York and obtaining his accounting designation, Jesse has worked for several large corporate real estate firms prior to joining Europro. Through his passion for real estate and his relationship-oriented style, he provides a guiding hand to Europro’s growth strategy, helping to enhance the already impressive portfolio of properties. A third-generation Canadian, Jesse has immersed himself in Toronto sports as a die-hard Toronto Maple Leafs fan and is an avid hockey player.
Shane Pfohl
Operations Manager, Kitchener-Waterloo
Born and raised in Kitchener-Waterloo, Shane’s love for facility operations blossomed at Conestoga College, where he gained certification as a Millwright and Environmental Systems specialist. With over a decade in the industry, his mandate of honesty, fairness and respect for everyone he encounters has proven to be a path to success. A proud family man, chef and outdoorsman, Shane uses his finely tuned leadership and problem-solving skills to constantly improve his KW portfolio. The respect he shows for his tenants, trades and local community make him a perfect fit for Europro’s culture of caring.
Robbie Robinson
Operations Supervisor, Toronto
With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Robbie serves as the Operations Supervisor for Europro’s Toronto portfolio, including Madison Centre & 5001 Yonge Street. He holds a BES 1&2 (Building Environmental Systems) Certificate and CFM (Certified Facility Management) certification. His extensive background is highlighted by his exceptional ability to collaborate with others to solve problems and ensure occupant satisfaction. When not at work with Europro, Robbie enjoys a range of activities including cooking, traveling, and playing golf. He is also committed to giving back to his community through various volunteering efforts.
Sana Sardar
Senior Corporate Accountant
Sana brings extensive experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry to her role as Senior Corporate Accountant at Europro. With youthful energy and a positive attitude, she excels at identifying inefficiencies and providing solutions to improve processes. Her adaptability and eagerness to learn make her an ideal fit for the hybrid responsibilities of corporate and property accounting. Sana is a valuable addition to our accounting department. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active by playing softball and volleyball and engaging in various arts and crafts projects.
Kirangi Shah
Construction Project Coordinator
Kirangi Shah is our Construction Project Coordinator at Europro, holding a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Construction Project Management. With over five years of industry experience, Kirangi excels in communication, organization, and attention to detail. She plays an integral role in the construction projects around our million-square-foot portfolio, ranging from small tenant build-outs to large projects. Her infectious positive attitude brings great energy to the office, and her friendly demeanor enhances her ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients. Outside of work, Kirangi enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and engaging in art, crafts, and painting.
Mahi Sheikh
Property Administrator, Kitchener-Waterloo
Mahi brings extensive experience in property management, along with a strong educational background in business administration and accounting, to her role as Property Administrator. Recognized for her meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication, Mahi excels in supporting the property management team. As the welcoming face of the Europro Kitchener office, she ensures visitors receive a warm and inviting first impression. Outside of work, Mahi enjoys exploring new places, swimming, biking, and café hopping with friends. At home, she cherishes cozy movie nights with her husband and their two cats.
Jessica Sokol-Pratt
Operations Manager, Lambton Mall
Jessica attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, receiving a 3rd class Power Engineer’s certificate in addition to numerous continuing education credits. Starting her career in the oil and gas industry in Calgary, Alberta, Jessica transferred her education and previous work experience to the property management and development industry. Jessica joined Europro in 2020 as the Operations Manager at Lambton Mall. Since Jessica's arrival, she has demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems and superior communication skills that allow her to respond to tenant inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner. When not at work, Jessica spends time at the cottage with family, fishing and snowmobiling and loves anything sports or outdoor-related. Jessica regularly volunteers at sporting events, including golf tournaments, coaching hockey, and the Kids Sports charity.
Didi Rosenzweig
Human Resource and Payroll Manager
Didi joined Europro in 2022 and serves as Europro’s Human Resource & Payroll Manager, working out of our corporate office in Toronto. Didi obtained a B.A Honours in Psychology from York University. After graduation, Didi owned a clothing store for four years, managing the business operations and staff. A dedicated problem solver, Didi has transitioned to working in Europro’s HR department, utilizing her people-first approach to offer a helping hand to our teams across Ontario. When not at the office, Didi loves spending time with her family and is involved in the community through volunteering. She is also an avid music lover and enjoys attending concerts.
James Tan

James graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Accounting and brings both U.S. and Canadian professional experience to Europro. With 15 years under his belt in property accounting, James possesses analytical risk assessment skills, and a problem-solving mantra that allows him to implement preventative measures to ensure issues can be taken care of in a timely manner. With keen attention to detail, James has proven to be a fantastic addition to the growing accounting department. James spends his time outside of work practicing the cello and skating at the ice rink. James is also an avid hockey and New York Rangers fan.
Katarina Taylor
General Manager, Windsor
Katarina brings a wealth of property management experience to her position as General Manager of Tecumseh Mall and Windsor Properties. With her career beginning in the commercial and residential construction industry, she transitioned into a management role with an open-air mixed-use retail and office centre. Katarina has been an integral part of the team at Tecumseh Mall since 2010 and has paved her way by exemplifying a strong commitment to the success of tenants and business partners. She takes great pride in establishing connections and building relationships. Outside of work, Katarina enjoys relaxing with a good book and spending time with friends and family.
Shirley Wu
Financial Controller
Shirley has been in the commercial real estate industry for over a decade, bringing extensive professional experience to her position as Accounting Manager. Graduating from Simon Fraser University, Shirley obtained her BA in Economics and has progressed through several commercial real estate firms prior to starting at Europro. Shirley leads by example, showcasing her abilities and willingness to communicate. Making an instant impact on the accounting department, Shirley is able to plan and prioritize projects to ensure they are completed efficiently. Outside of work, Shirley is passionate about hiking, rock climbing and reading good books.
