Europro is pleased to announce the acquisition of 1380 London Road, its first property in Sarnia, Ontario.
Better known as Lambton Mall, the 596,206 SF enclosed shopping centre is the sole regional mall serving a catchment area encompassing over 123,000 people and dominating an expanse southward for 110 kilometres to Windsor and eastward for 100 kilometres to London.
The shopping centre is anchored by Cineplex, Sport Chek, Canadian Tire, Toys R’ Us and H&M, with a strong roster of new long-term leases with Marshalls/Homesense, Old Navy and Pet Valu.
