Conestoga College students have a new reason to be excited at the downtown Kitchener campus. The recent completion of the talent hub is part of Conestoga's latest expansion phase at Market Square.
Europro, in collaboration with DFY Studio, NEO Architecture, and Ball Construction, completed the buildout, which resulted in a 3,000 square foot hub that combines technology, design, and functionality.
Conestoga College recognizes the importance of equipping students with the latest tools and resources to support their education. By incorporating state-of-the-art tech features, Conestoga ensures students have seamless access to information, collaboration tools, and have an interactive learning experience.
The interior design of the space, crafted by DFY Studio and NEO Architecture, aims to foster an atmosphere conducive to creativity, productivity, and comfort. New flooring and millwork, modern furniture, thoughtfully selected colour schemes, and strategically designed open spaces create an engaging environment for students.
Acting as the general contractor, Ball Construction's dedicated team executed the buildout, ensuring that every aspect of the space aligned with the design vision. From installing modern lighting fixtures to incorporating acoustic treatments that provide optimal sound control, Ball Construction brought the space to life.
