JOSEF JAKUBOVIC - Co-Founder
Josef has the property industry in his blood. Stemming from a family with generational involvement in the industry and driven by passion and a desire to create, Josef is devoted to his family, his business, and his community. He takes great pride in helping all these components of his life develop and succeed. When time allows, Josef takes to the road, invigorated by his love for cycling. Combining his international experience and 17 years in the industry, Josef ensures that Europro has the personal touch of a family run company. His influence drives the transparent, detailed-oriented business approach on which the company thrives.
MOSHE FAUST - Co-Founder
The devotion Moshe shows to his business is representative of how driven and energized he is in all facets of his life. A proud father and a self-educated man, Moshe has in depth knowledge and experience in property management, leasing, legal, investment, and acquisition practices. As a founding member of Congregation Tehilos Yisroel, Moshe understands the importance of community and service, embracing life with enthusiasm and initiative. His influence on Europro has created an energetic and versatile company that has attracted a dynamic and close knit-staff.

JESSE NATHANSON – Vice President, Asset Management & Investments
As part of the management team, Jesse comes with extensive experience in real estate investments and asset management. Since graduating from Yeshiva University in New York and obtaining his accounting designation, Jesse has worked for several large corporate real estate firms prior to joining Europro. Through his passion for real estate and his relationship-oriented style, he provides a guiding hand to Europro’s growth strategy, helping to enhance the already impressive portfolio of properties. A third-generation Canadian, Jesse has immersed himself in Toronto sports as a die-hard Toronto Maple Leafs fan and is an avid hockey player.
AKIVA GOLDBERG – Financial Controller
Akiva has been in the real estate industry for over a decade, and part of the Europro team since 2018. He attained his Bachelor of Commerce from Ted Rogers School of Management and is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified General Accountant. His commitment to excellence is exhibited through his keen eye for detail, while leading Europro’s accounting team. A family man, Akiva enjoys travelling to the ski slopes across the country and enjoying good food with his family.
NESREEN CHAHINE – Senior Property Manager
A recent addition to the Europro team, Nesreen Chahine brings over 10 years of involvement in the Property Management industry. Adding to her professional experience, Nesreen has continued her education by obtaining her Real Property Administration Designation (BOMI) and the Facilities Management Administration Designation (BOMI). She is also currently completing her Bachelor of Real Estate Management program. With this outstanding combination of industry experience and theoretical knowledge, Nesreen is able to implement strategic thinking to deliver value by aligning corporate strategy to everyday operations and implementing process improvements and automation. Nesreen oversees a diverse roster of properties in Barrie, Windsor, North Bay, Whitby and Timmins. When not at work, Nesreen enjoys taking her husky for walks by the lake, baking decorative cakes and cupcakes and riding her motorcycle.
CRYSTAL HEENAN – Director of Property & Leasing, Kitchener/Waterloo
As Leasing Director, Crystal Heenan is the first friendly face Europro’s Kitchener tenants see when searching for space in the tri-city area. With a decade in the industry, her reputation for transparency and kindness compliments Europro’s genuine commitment to their clientele. As a strategist schooled in business, Crystal enjoys the company’s flexibility and creativity in finding solutions for their tenants’ needs. When not hard at work, Crystal relaxes with her family and friends, and spends time exploring the great outdoors. Her service-oriented skill-set makes her a cornerstone to finding and developing new relationships and fostering opportunities for Europro’s community of tenants.
JEREMY MAIEROVITS – Leasing Manager
As a third generation Torontonian and a University of Toronto Commerce graduate, Jeremy knows how the GTA’s real estate market operates. Bringing his expertise in Finance and Economics, Jeremy is a solid addition to Europro’s head office team and is currently Leasing Manager. His time spent as chase producer at a national business news network expanded Jeremy’s natural ability to build strong relationships with tenants and healthy partnerships with vendors. Outdoor running invigorates Jeremy and helps him maintain peak performance. His high energy and enthusiasm is perfectly aligned with Europro’s dynamic approach to management excellence and serving its tenant community.
MARC WEISS – Junior Property Manager
A recent MBA graduate, Marc brings a combination of international and local experience to Europro, and is a perfect fit for the Head Office team. Marc serves as the Junior Property Manager for the Toronto and Mississauga portfolios. Through a detail-oriented eye, Marc exudes enthusiasm for all operational matters and tenant needs. Marc thrives in collaborative environments and is attracted to working in a close-knit setting. When not performing his day-to-day duties at Europro, Marc enjoys running, biking and spending time with his two kids.
RICHIE ANAND – Senior Property Manager, London City Centre
Born and raised in Leamington, Ontario, Richie moved to London after high school to obtain his diploma in Business Accounting from Fanshaw College. Starting his career in audit and finance, Richie transitioned to property management 8 years ago, managing properties in London and Toronto. With in-depth knowledge in residential and commercial property management, coupled with a financial background, Richie focuses on the needs of our tenants at the London City Centre to provide them with a working environment that exceeds expectations. In addition to his regular duties at work, Richie sits on the Board of Directors of the London Property Management Association, helping educate and provide a voice to the landlord. He also enjoys spending time with family and maintains an active lifestyle through sports and fitness.
VERONICA CHOUINARD – Property Manager, Barrie
Hailing from the East Coast of Canada, Veronica brings administrative expertise and a bright personality to her position as Property Manager for Europro’s Barrie office. Endowed with an International Association for Administrative Professionals Award, Veronica embodies professionalism and sound organizational skills. With a decade of experience in the industry, she believes in treating everyone fairly and keeping open lines of communication with her tenants. When not hard at work, she loves to spend time with her family. Veronica appreciates the career growth that Europro affords her and is thankful to have such a wonderful team by her side.
ROLAND OUELLETTE – Property Manager, Windsor
A hometown boy with over 3 decades of experience in property management, Roland is a pinnacle player in Windsor’s Downtown. Educated in architecture, construction, and building operations, Roland brings a well-rounded resume to Europro’s Property Management roster. When not overseeing the city’s only Class A designated building, he loves spending time with his family and continues to build relationships on the golf course and basketball court. Clientele and coworkers know that Roland will always bring his team player attitude to the office. The joy he takes in serving people is obvious in the pristine state of his building and the strong rapport he has with the tenants there.
LAURA BEECROFT – Property Manager, Lambton Mall
Working at Lambton Mall since 2010, Laura brings a rich background in management from various industries such as hospitality, gaming and retail. In addition to her knowledgeable background, Laura is always continuing her education, recently achieving her RPA as well as her real estate salesperson license. Laura’s commitment and passion to our property is demonstrated in her love for the job and openness with staff and tenants. She has quickly become a well-respected leader at the property and looks forward to the future and business growth for Lambton Mall. On her personal time, Laura is a busy mom to her two children. She enjoys living a heathy and fit lifestyle, which includes spending time biking, walking, camping and taking various trips with her family and friends.
DEBRA MCVEETY – General Manager and Director of Leasing, Tecumseh Mall
With over two decades in shopping centre leasing and management, Debra is the first point of contact for Tecumseh Mall. She has held regional and national positions with 20 Vic Management, Ivanhoe Cambridge, and Primaris REIT. Deb has also contributed as a member of faculty for the John T. Riordan School of Professional Development with the ICSC for many years. Debra demonstrates a true passion for the industry and is particularly focused on new business development, working with entrepreneurs and creating partnerships. In her spare time, she loves travel, golf, yoga and the arts, but most importantly enjoys spending time with her family and close friends. Deb is an active member of 100 Women Who Care and recently appointed to the Board for the Windsor Essex Child Youth Advocacy Centre.
SHIRLEY WU – Accounting Manager
Shirley has been in the commercial real estate industry for over a decade bringing extensive professional experience to her position as Accounting Manager. Graduating from Simon Fraser University, Shirley obtained her B.A in Economics and has progressed through several commercial real estate firms prior to starting at Europro. Shirley leads by example showcasing her ability and willingness to communicate. Making an instant impact on the accounting department, Shirley is able to plan and prioritize projects to ensure they are completed efficiently. Outside of work, Shirley is passionate about hiking, rock climbing and reading a good book.
JAMES TAN – Accounting Manager
James graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Accounting and brings both U.S. and Canadian professional experience to Europro. With 15 years under his belt in property accounting, James possesses analytical risk assessment skills with a problem-solving mantra that allows him to implement preventative measures to ensure issues can be taken care of in a timely manner. With a keen attention to detail, James has proven to be a fantastic addition to the growing accounting department. James spends his time outside of work practicing the cello and skating at the ice rink. James is also an avid hockey and New York Rangers fan.
SHANE PFOHL – Operations Manager, Kitchener/Waterloo
Born and raised in Kitchener-Waterloo, Shane’s love for facility operations blossomed at Conestoga College where he gained certification as a Millwright and Environmental Systems specialist. With over a decade in the industry, his mandate of honesty, fairness, and respect for everyone has proven to be a path to success. A proud family man, chef, and outdoorsman, Shane uses his finely tuned leadership and problem-solving skills to constantly improve KW portfolio. The respect he shows for his tenants, trades and local community are a perfect fit for Europro’s culture of caring.
TOM HEARN – Construction Project Manager, Kitchener/Waterloo
NIC MEJIA – Marketing & Communications Coordinator
An experienced marketing professional and graphic designer, Nic has led and executed marketing strategies for Provincial Sport Organizations before joining Europro. Nic obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from York University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Marketing Management from Sheridan College, while playing on their respective varsity soccer teams. Through analytical thinking and a team-oriented attitude, Nic takes a creative approach to depict Europro’s brand in digital and traditional platforms. Outside of work, you can find Nic at the soccer field, catching the latest movies and at stand-up comedy shows or music concerts.
MEAGHAN CIRCOSTA – Human Resource & Payroll Manager
A Barrie, Ontario native, Meaghan serves as Europro’s Human Resource & Payroll Manager. With a diverse skillset, Meaghan is the first point of contact for any potential new hires and strives to ensure that all employees are supported on a daily basis. Having previously worked in fast-paced environments, Meaghan thrives when thinking on her feet. Meaghan emulates Europro’s core values of transparent and open communication to foster a healthy and positive work environment. Outside of Europro, Meaghan works with a dog rescue organization helping dogs find loving homes.
